As a Sex Therapist, I work with a myriad of sexual health concerns including, but not limited to, sexual pain, low desire, inability to orgasm, navigating communication surrounding sex, sex during and post cancer treatment, and sexual trauma. When facing these concerns, individuals and couples can feel elevated anxiety, depression, and hopelessness. I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Mindfulness and Somatic Experiencing (SE).
